Pulikali (Tiger Dance) is one among the folk art forms of Kerala. It an annual harvest festival, celebrated mainly in the Indian state of Kerala. On the fourth day of Onam festival, artists paint their bodies like tigers with stripes of yellow, red and black and dance to the rhythm of traditional percussion instruments.

It is celebrated in Thrissur district of Kerala and I have captured this festival from beginning till end. As a photographer, I had the opportunity to capture the essence of this festival through my lens and present it in this Behance project.
